Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs 2.000 KWD for all areas in Kuwait, except Sabah Al Ahmad, Umm Al Hayman, and Al Mutlaa, where delivery costs 4.000 KWD. Your delivery fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

Deliveries run daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including weekends. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are normally delivered the same day. During busy periods, delivery may take place the following day. Orders placed at or after 4:00 PM are normally scheduled for the following day. All times are Kuwait local time.

The driver will call before arrival. Keep the phone number provided with your order available so the driver can reach you. Delivery times are estimates, and a specific arrival time cannot be guaranteed.

Gaming PC orders take 3 working days for assembly and software setup. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery once your PC is ready. Same-day delivery does not apply to Gaming PC orders.

Enter your governorate, area, block, street, building or house number, and any apartment or floor details at checkout. Add any helpful delivery instructions in the Notes field. Incorrect or incomplete details, or unsuccessful contact attempts, may delay delivery.

If you need to change your address or contact number after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the updated details. Changes depend on whether your order has already been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.
